I love the sound of carp infested waters!! but i guess i would think differently if i lived where you do! I understand why you think the way you do about carp, guess youll never understand us UK carpers.

| Carp are not pests here! if there are only 20 carp in a 20 acre lake and then returned after each catch the fish become known over the years to anglers! Mirror carp are recognisable by there unique scale patterns! Thanks for your comment! |

| Were all anglers and all enjoy the frill of the catch (hunter gatherer and all that!) Each of us can only fish for whats on our doorstep (most of the time). I wouldnt have it any other way I love my carp fishing! As im sure you love your fishing too. |

| It takes a forward thinking angler to catch a big UK carp. As they are not predators they do not just eat anything that moves. All this said I like to see all aspects of fishing represented. Each to his own huh? |

| In UK Carp can be difficult to catch. They do not infest our water as in some parts of the world. In time they become very wary of anglers rigs , almost educated or wise! The bigger and older they are the harder they are to fool! |
